As a Subfab Facilities Technician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provides sustaining engineering support for Chemical and Gas, or Vacuum Pump and Abatement System operations and maintenance, ownership of system capacity vs. demand and system troubleshooting.
Assists to meet semiconductor purity requirements by facilitating usage of and contributing to knowledge of chemical compatibility of materials for process fluids and gases, as well as materials of construction needed for chemical and gas, or Vacuum Pump and Abatement systems.
Helps to manage code and compliance issues related to Chemical and Gas Systems and associated infrastructure and develops and maintains SOPs and SOOs for respective systems.
Assists in carrying out engineering analysis, design, and installation oversight of distribution systems for chemicals and gas equipment, or Vacuum Pump and Abatement and systems.
Supports writing scopes of work and bid requests for proposals and oversees projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule and reviews construction management documentation such as submittals and requests for information.
Assists to create and communicate project documentation including sequence of operations, installation procedures, and checklists for commissioning and startup.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have one of the following:
Associate of Art or Associate of Science degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic Engineering Technology, Plumbing, Gas Fitting, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Facilities Maintenance Technology, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy Technology, Water and Environmental Technology, Water Treatment and Recycling, Industrial Waste, Fire Protection Technology, Industrial Process Operator, or related technical or STEM field.
High School degree/equivalent with 1+ years of work experience in Vacuum, Mechanical Systems, Ultra-Pure Water, Wastewater System Operations, Facilities Maintenance, Chemical and Gas Systems, Maintenance (i.e. pumps hydraulics, piping), Industrial waste, Wastewater treatment and recycling, Plant operator or field equipment, Automations and Controls, Life safety systems, Automotive/mechanic or related facilities maintenance.
