As an integral part of Intel's new IDM2.0 strategy, we are establishing Intel Foundry Services (IFS), a fully vertical, standalone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and major provider of US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry Services will be differentiated from other Foundry offerings with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe - available for customers globally - and a world-class IP portfolio that customers can choose from including x86 cores, graphics, media, display, AI, interconnect, fabric and other critical foundational IP, along with Arm and RISC-V ecosystem IPs. IFS will also provide access to silicon design services to help our customers seamlessly turn silicon into solutions, using industry-standard design packages.
This business unit is completely dedicated to the success of its customers with full P and L responsibilities. This model will ensure that our foundry customers' products will receive our utmost focus in terms of service, technology enablement and capacity commitments. IFS is already engaged with customers today starting with our existing foundry offerings and we are expanding imminently to include our most advanced technologies, which are optimized for cutting-edge performance, making them ideal for high-performance applications.
About the Role:
We are looking for independent and highly motivated Lab Manager with strong RFIC product testing experiences. As the RF Lab Manager, you will be responsible for all testing functions in a highly advanced RF lab. Working with a talented team, you will collaborate across the site to identify and source new component needs, manage multiple calibration schedules, and ensure sufficient inventory of off-the-shelf lab supplies to support the team's dynamic RD needs. Manages maintenance and repair of equipment and tools minimizing downtime. Builds and repairs custom test benches.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage and coordinate lab activities in support of foundry reference design or test chip developmentDetermine short-term and long-term lab needs to support new test chip and reference design.Provides technical assistance to engineers and technicians when needed.Planning, active management, and maintenance of lab facilities, equipment, and suppliesManages automated test systems, RF component inventory, and yearly calibration schedulesParticipates in the definition and implementation of corporate ESD policiesEnsures compliance with quality regulations and participate in the ISO9001/IATF-16949 auditOrders and maintains a sufficient stock of RF lab suppliesCapital equipment planning, management, and purchasingInstalls automation software patches and firmware updatesTroubleshoots and repairs test equipment as necessarySetup and reconfigures test benches for project-specific needsSupport design team to perform RFIC reference design and device level testing.Experience in running probe stations for RF testing (RF reference design and device level test lines).Manage team to perform high quality lab calibrations and required maintenance.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or a master's Degree in any STEM related with over 6+ years of experience.
Candidate must possess 6 years related lab management experience.
Extensive experience with RF device level testing (1/f, thermal, fT, fmax) and related equipment.
Strong experience with RFIC testing upto 50GHz.
Software Knowledge:
MS Windows Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Test equipment communication schemes and utilization (PXI, VISA, SCPI, GPIB, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong in CM300xi tester.
Familiar with Primarius 9812DX-HV
Familiar with FormFactor probes,
Familiar with critical RF equipment including Keysight N5227B PNA (up to 50GHz), Keysight B1500 HRSMU, HPSMU. Keysight 346CK01 Noise Source.
Knowledge and experience with high quality lab maintenance to secure repeatable RF measurements over time.
