Work you'll do
As a Manager within our Workforce Transformation team you will:
Direct and oversee benefits administration transformations and modernizations, specializing in retirement and healthcare benefits.
Guide teams in the implementation and enhancement of technologies supporting comprehensive benefits programs.
Strategize and execute benefits-related project requirements, ensuring tasks are completed within estimated time frames and budget constraints.
Perform and supervise organizational assessments, program audits, system alignments, and process improvement evaluations specifically related to benefits administration.
Maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on benefits management solutions.
Manage post-implementation stabilization, ensuring employees effectively use the new benefits administration systems and processes.

Qualifications
Required:
8+ years of consulting or related experience
8+ years of experience leading technology transformations in the benefits administration space
Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience leading and managing teams
Experience in implementing technologies to support comprehensive benefits management practices, programs, and activities
Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Advanced degree in a related discipline
5 years of health/plan insurance company and/or consulting experience
Technical background of health care plan design and alternative delivery systems, including consumer directed health plans with HRAs and HSAs
Knowledge (plan design and pricing) of other health & welfare plans (e.g., life, disability, dental, etc.)
Technical background in underwriting and other areas of health care finance
Experience with project management, presentation, and facilitation
CEBS Designation or Actuarial credentials
