About Reward Specialist

  Your role

Are you a strong and convincing communicator? Are you well organized and comfortable in a continuously changing environment? We're looking for someone like this to help us:

  • manage and deliver the 'business as usual' aspects of the end-to-end delivery of our Compensation Plans, i.e., from plan design through to payment

  • prepare materials for senior management meetings, including our Compensation Plans Committee

  • support the year-end reward process from a Compensation Plans perspective, working in partnership with other teams across Reward and HR

  • act as an advisor supporting regional, divisional, and regulatory reward teams on all things to do with Compensation Plans

  • manage smaller to mid-sized projects within the team

  Join us

At UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits. We offer different working arrangements like part-time, job-sharing and hybrid (office and home) working. Our purpose-led culture and global infrastructure help us connect, collaborate, and work together in agile ways to meet all our business needs.

From gaining new experiences in different roles to acquiring fresh knowledge and skills, we know that great work is never done alone. We know that it's our people, with their unique backgrounds, skills, experience levels and interests, who drive our ongoing success. Together we're more than ourselves. Ready to be part of #teamUBS and make an impact?
