We are seeking an energetic Supervisor of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the day to day operations of a revenue cycle team. This includes meeting operational metrics objectives established by leadership and directly supervise a team of 10-25 teammates.

Directly supervise a team of 10-25 teammates each responsible to execute on an assigned portfolio of patients accounts or Medical Insurance triggersUse strong problem solving skills to assist team in issues within the portfolio, as well as identify and resolve areas of opportunity within the portfolio, collaborating with other departments as neededUnderstand and make decisions regarding payment trends and/or issues within assigned portfolioMaintain key metrics, manage performance accordingly, and perform regular reviews to senior leadersConsistently communicate team goals, objectives, and progress toward those goals both to team and direct leadershipConduct annual reviews for all assigned teammates and identify areas of opportunity for individual teammates and provide timely and ongoing coaching and developmentIdentify personnel needs for assigned team and is responsible for ensuring team is appropriately staffed, and identifying and communicating recruiting needs to leadershipMaintain high engagement scores for assigned team (>80%)Makes recommendations for teammate promotions and mobility to senior leadersYou are a great fit if you have:Demonstrated ability to independently think critically, identify root causes, and solve themProven track record of leading change or operations through influenceStrong presentation and executive communicationAbility to manage for performance while simultaneously inspiring teammatesHistory of coaching and developing teammatesMinimum Qualifications:
