This position assists the manager by providing leadership and direction to Revenue Specialists on a Credits and Collection team.We are looking for a motivated and results oriented leader who has proven success in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for daily operational oversight and directing teammates to ensure processes and tasks are being completed as expected. They will lead the team is meeting critical metrics to ensure efficient and effective resolution of outstanding accounts receivable and accurately following policy and procedure to adhere to federal rules and guidelines.In addition, this leader is one who excels in passion for high complexity problem solving, people development, and analytics and reporting. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.
