Job Summary
As a Revenue Operations Reporting & Analytics Analyst, you will work on various asks around performance management and forecasting, enabling stakeholders across the Customer Revenue Office at different levels to make informed decisions to drive revenue growth, profitability, and efficiency.
This role empowers swift responses to various data-related reporting, BI, and analytics tasks, providing timely recommendations. This includes addressing ad-hoc requests, resolving data discrepancies, generating executive reports to support decision-making, and ensuring accuracy through reconciliation and validation processes.
Day-to-day duties will require using data visualization tools to provide ad-hoc analysis, working with many stakeholders to drive a deeper understanding of performance and productivity, and surfacing insights.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Provides meaningful summaries to stakeholders supporting decision-making in a timely fashion. Key to this will be building trust with stakeholders, staying agile and the ability to look beyond the ask to ensure that we enable timely, data-driven decisions.Ad Hoc Analysis: The role empowers us to respond swiftly to various data-related reporting, BI, and analytics tasks, providing timely recommendations. This includes addressing ad-hoc requests, resolving data discrepancies, generating executive reports to support decision-making, and ensuring accuracy through reconciliation and validation processes.Prepare Reporting and Analytics: Builds, maintains, and improves analytics products in Tableau, Salesforce and Clari to enable automated self-service productivity and performance reporting. Delivers to stakeholder groups and answers related questions.Data Exploration: Explores data from different sources to determine productivity trends, correlation, and causation for various areas of the business. Analyze & discover insights related to productivity, performance, and forecasting. Develops an understanding of business dynamics to enable data driven decision-making, process and training optimization and suggests additional analytics opportunities.Reviews typical issues around data integrity and works with management to determine what actions to take to resolve them.
Qualifications
Proven years of related experience preferred.Strong analytical skills to work with large amounts of data and server-based data models.Advanced user of Tableau with a strong background in reporting & analyticsStrong experience in MS Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Results-focused, highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to work independently.Possess solid time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent work experience preferred.Global experience preferred.Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
