BRIEF DESCRIPTION / OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Retirement Customer Services Team! Your job would be to answer phone calls and emails from the employees of these school districts about their retirement plans Experience with the material is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train up the right individual. Passion for communication and customer service are a must. Eagerness to learn and attention to detail are keys in our quick paced, growing department. You will have the opportunity to help with a variety of accounts to best serve our clients. We encourage career development and opportunities are available upon satisfactory assessment.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Primarily phone customer service Time management of responsibilities Data entry Review & return voice mails Monitor department emails QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS : Proven experience in the areas of customer service, strong communication skills (verbal & written) and willingness to learn. General knowledge of computer applications - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Gmail JOB CLASSIFICATION & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Job Classification: Full-Time Position hours are 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, or 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.
