Allstate has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Sales Support position - Remote eligible!
The Retirement Sales Support team is dedicated to helping Personal Financial Representatives (PFR) with sales of Allstate Financial Services Securities products. This team provides support to the PFRs through an incoming call line answering product and sales tools questions. They conduct one-on-one case consultations to provide hands on coaching for new business submissions. The team also assists with increasing sales by making outbound phone calls to new Financial Specialists providing sales ideas and support with products and sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications
FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
Obtaining Series 24 and Series 51 is preferred.
College degree preferred
2-4 years of financial services experience, previous sales experience
Knowledge of all investment products preferred: mutual funds, variable annuities, variable life, stocks, bonds, unit investment trusts and 529 plans
Knowledge of different account registration types, i.e., 403(b), Roth IRA, joint tenants, 401(k), UGMA/UTMA, 529 Plans, etc.
Ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging technologies to facilitate virtual relationships and training
Problem solving skills required - Uses seasoned judgment by applying broad knowledge and experience when addressing complex issues.
* Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to make presentations to large groups

Compensation offered for this role is $52,500.00-$83,250.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
