  As a Retirement Plan Services Representative, you'll take high-volume inbound phone calls from shareholders, financial professionals, and internal colleagues. You'll help callers feel comfortable and supported while they're making significant financial decisions. You'll relay complex, ever-changing information about retirement plans and financial service regulations. You'll build trust in these interactions by learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide solutions.

  If you have a desire to learn the mutual fund industry from the ground up, we'll teach you everything you need to know. Which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career with Capital Group. This position will be starting on 03/11/2024.

  You have 2+ years of proven customer support or client service experience.You are a skilled communicator; your verbal and written communication is effective and appropriate.   NOTE: This is a part-time role with specific hours required as follows: Monday-Friday 8am-1pm ET / 10-3pm CT / 11-4pm PT (total of 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week). Occasional overtime hours may be required. In office presence is required Tuesday-Thursday.

  "The salary range reflected below is based on a full-time 40 hour work week. This part-time role will be prorated at a rate of $22-$30/hour."

  San Antonio Base Salary Range: $40,090-$64,144

  Orange County Base Salary Range: $48,785-$78,056

  Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $42,700-$68,320

  In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
