Your role
Are you a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail? Do you have a passion for the retirement plan business and possess the skill-set to support and enhance our retirement plan platform?
We are looking for a process oriented, organized individual to:
• become a key member of the Retirement Plan Program Administration team and manage critical data across our monthly file feeds and contract database systems
• identify efficiencies and platform enhancements to streamline existing processes
• collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Supervision, Billing, Technology) regarding program related issues and activities
• leverage firm systems effectively to run queries, analyze business information and obtain data to complete periodic key procedural controls
• participate in special projects to support retirement plan program enhancements and strategic initiatives
• provide support to Field Leadership, Financial Advisor teams and retirement plan providers, acting as a main point of contact for business information

You'll be working in the Workplace Wealth Solutions (WWS) Retirement Plan Services team based in Weehawken, NJ. WWS is one of the key growth businesses within Global Wealth Management and serves as a lead generator for the broader business. We are a leading provider of retirement, equity plan compensation and financial wellness services for companies and their plan participants. In addition to the services provided as part of the broader business, we provide education and guidance to help participants achieve financial success

Your expertise
• Bachelor's degree required
• ideally 3+ years financial services industry experience
• proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx and Power BI
• basic understanding of wealth management and/or retirement plan business, with the desire to increase knowledge quickly
• effective project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex problems with multiple stakeholders
• proactive self-starter who follows up on deliverables and makes observations and strategic recommendations
• client service mind-set, anticipating client needs and establish standards, processes and deliverables that exceed expectations
• effective communicator who can interface with multiple levels throughout the organization
