Job Description

　　Season Starts February 24, 2024

　　Come work in the fast paced and exciting world of professional sports! Aramark (in partnership with the New York and St Lucie Mets) is looking for highly motivated individuals to work in one of the premier retail departments in all of professional sports. This role includes both front line and behind the scenes work for all Mets Spring Training home games, plus some non-gamedays as assigned.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable oneMake recommendations based on observations and conversations with fansHelp execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experienceMaintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye for detailProcess sales transactions via the TeamWork Point of Sale System (POS)Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Aramark/Mets brand are always positively represented and guests needs are being metPerform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team

　　Qualifications

　　Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to build product knowledge of Mets/Citi Field inventoryAbility to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment, servicing a diverse fan baseAbility to maintain high standards of organization and cleannessStrong verbal communication skillsMust be able to stand for the length of an entire shift (6+ hours)

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
