We currently have an opportunity for a Retail Management Recruiting Manager to support Store Leadership recruiting initiatives within assigned geographic region/s for our domestic brands. The Manager will lead a team of two or more direct reports in addition to key program and project management responsibilities. As a leader within the Retail Management Recruiting team, the Manager must act as a "change agent" while fostering risk taking, curiosity and innovation. You will be a part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE) which provides strategic and operational recruiting support for stores, distribution centers and corporate functions. This role can be hybrid based in our Framingham, MA headquarters or can be a remote based position located in the mid-west, preferably Greater Chicago area.
What You Will Do:
Team management and development of two or more direct reports; responsible for decisions on resourcing; fosters an environment of everyday developmentMay directly manage a small req load for targeted positions and/or regionsIndependently influences, consults, collaborates as a thought leader with the business, HR partners, and to other Talent Acquisition Leaders and peersAct as a leader and mentor to team and others across the CoE, shares key learningsDevelop sourcing strategies, with an Inclusion & Diversity focus, for both current and forecasted needsSupport candidate experience to see TJX as the "Employer of Choice" for Retail Management careers by representing the TJX brand and values, and implementing strategies to engage talentSet expectation for the delivery of best in class hiring experience to all stakeholders including candidates, Hiring Managers, and other business partnersProactively anticipate business needs, trends, and opportunities create compelling communication plans to educate and inform partners, and engage and assess talentAutonomously solve complex problems and partner with leadership for support; anticipate obstacles and remove barriers for self and teamModel, foster and encourage growth and learning mindsetSupport an inclusive environment within team and TJX Leverage technology and process to enhance results; drive continuous improvement to optimize end user experienceManage projects & initiatives from start to completion
Who We Are Looking For: You
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years Full Recruitment Lifecycle experience managing varying complex positions in a high volume environment, with proven ability to fill openings within SLA2+ plus years leading high performing recruiting teamsAbility to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Retail Management, including developing and executing recruiting strategies Proven experience strategically recruiting diverse talent to drive business growth and profitable salesDemonstrates professional maturity, accepts feedback and demonstrates resilienceMust model "hunter" mindset related to finding talent, with strong knowledge of market trends and translating them into actionable recruitment plansProven ability to build relationships and be a credible business partner, input is seen as value add to the businessInfluences others through storytelling and asking questions; can synthesize information and data to share a succinct message that connects to the audience Demonstrates managerial courage and ability to challenge other points of view appropriatelyDeveloped business acumen and intellectual curiosityProven experience communicating/presenting with all levels of leadership; shows recognizable, confident executive presence and self-awarenessAbility to hold self and others accountableDemonstrates strategic thinking and planning skills to achieve best productivity and resultsDemonstrates growth mindset, innovation, and creative problem- solving skillsWorks independently, managing complex situations with limited support from leadershipAbility to travel quarterly to assigned market/s or headquarters location
