What you'll do:
The Process and Analytics Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Organization (PMO) in the following capacity:
Assist PMO Key Initiatives Leadership in creating, maintaining, and improving aspects of Onboarding Roadmaps and Core Responsibilities the organization. Partner with region managers and Team Leaders to organize and make available content and material useful in the onboarding process for new employees. Develop metrics to analyze post PO execution efficiency of the PMO. Generate reports to track execution progress and key performance indicators and measure YoY performance. Engage with digital tools and systems for deployment of PMO training programs and content. Work with the Business Intelligence Analytics Team to advance existing and develop new tools including but not limited to Power BI Dashboards. Develop and maintain metrics for PMO in partnership with the management team. Utilize program data and industry best practices to better quantify activity level, identify gaps, and objectively evaluate performance. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Streamline post-PO workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times. Engage with available data to perform analysis and develop reports useful to the project team in identifying projects requiring extra attention and engagement. Review existing legacy work practices with the intent to enhance them by reshaping the same to align with organization and other operation changes that have occurred. Provide recommendations for incorporating best practices in digital tools to empower consistent application by the entire PMO. Through effective analytics and reporting, aid the sharing of best practices as result of internal and external benchmarking activities.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least 3 years of data analytics and process improvement experience
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
• 1 year project management experience
• Experience with SQL and development of Power BI Dashboards
• Up to 10% travel may be required
