Project Specialist, Major Project Sales description:
The Project Specialist, Major Project Sales Returnship position is responsible for supporting a NAS region of the United States on large and major multiple product line project negotiations. The responsibilities include providing an interpretation of customer drawings and specifications, configuration of assemblies and products in Bid Manager, developing specific technical comments and clarifications and formal proposal preparation. The primary goals are to drive NAS usage of the Champs Large and Small project take-off and Power Transformer programs. The candidate must also possess the ability to provide leadership; technical guidance and value add engineering to support field sales in all markets and project negotiations.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of location will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Large project construction selling, Eaton capabilities, market channels and the technical application of Eaton products
• Prior experience in project management, engineering, sales, or support experience in electrical assemblies, or electrical distribution and power protection technology
• Engineering design experience
• Team player and leadership skills
• Must be able to achieve goals by working collaboratively and cross-functionally
• Up to 10% travel required.
Position Criteria:
• Strong analytical, computer, writing and presentation skills.
• Successfully complete and maintain compliance with the company's safety program
