　　Kindred Fare - A Spirited Cookeryis a full-service restaurant located in the heart of the Finger Lakes with a focus on scratch cookery using seasonal and local ingredients. 　　We have a strong beverage focus with cool climate wine and spirits and are highly engaged in the local industry. On Monday nights, our culinary team works together to build a three-course themed prix fixe, something our community looks forward to each week. Our open kitchen celebrates the culinary craft and keeps our whole team in sync with the guests.

　　Server Position:We are currently looking for an experienced server to work on the floor with us for 2-5 nights at our lively and social restaurant, with Saturdays being a must.

　　What we can expect from you:

　　Previous serving experience -high-end and high-volume setting preferred.

　　Has wine, beer, and cocktail recipe knowledge -advanced and regional knowledge preferred.

　　Ability to stay current and creative with culinary, beverage, and hospitality trends.

　　Willingness to complete side work and cleaning duties to standard.

　　Ability to maintain a clean and organized dining room and all FOH stations.

　　Strong customer service & hospitality skills.

　　Effective communication and teamwork - you need to be able to work with all service staff while communicating with the kitchen and guests.

　　Professionalism: remain composed - you are “on stage” at all times that you are in the dining room.

　　Full-time or part-time availability and willingness to be flexible with our team as needed.
