  Job Description Summary

  Collecter des données de marché, interagir avec les équipes produits et commerciales pour définir et affiner notre évaluation du potentiel de marché et développer de nouvelles offres.

  Diriger des initiatives de développement d'offres commerciales avec les différentes fonctions et construire une pipeline commerciale basée sur une intelligence approfondie du marché.

  Le poste comprend également la gestion directe ou indirecte d'une petite équipe de développement de brochures commerciales et différents contenus marketing et/ou de tutoriels sur l'exécution des offres, pour assister au mieux les commerciaux locaux à vendre nos solutions

  English :

  Collect external and internal intelligence, interact with product and commercial teams to define and update commercial offerings and refine our Services SAS and priority services offerings to develop and sell on a regular basis.

  Lead Business Development activities with the different functions to build commercial pipeline based on this intelligence.

  The role may include the direct or indirect management of a small team of inside sales / marketing flyer development resources to build commercial and campaign material.

  Collaborer avec l'équipe qui enregistre et met à jour la base installée, les ressources externes, les équipes commerciales et de service et les équipes produits pour examiner et mettre à jour le potentiel de marché.Améliorer les informations clients sur les gains/pertes, les marges, les prix et les rabais en fonction des offres, des segments, des types de clients, etc.Définir, sur la base des informations externes et internes, les offres commerciales à prioritiser en global / niveau régional (Asie, Europe, Etats Unis, Amérique Latine)Collaborer avec les parties prenantes (chefs de produit, équipes Ingénierie, Ventes et collègues Marketing) pour créer des propositions de valeur claires, concises et convaincantes et des documents destinés aux clients tels que des brochures, des e-mails, des études de cas, des webinaires clients, etc.Veiller à ce que les différentes équipes commerciales et gestionnaires de comptes/sites clients comprennent et utilisent ces documents avec succès dans des interactions avec leurs clientsParticiper aux négociations avec les clients sur certaines offres prioritairesPour certaines campagnes commerciales, diriger des mécanismes opérationnels réguliers avec les équipes locales afin d'assurer l'apprentissage, la collaboration régionale et l'efficacité des campagnesChercher à améliorer continuellement l'impact et l'efficacité des campagnes et intégrer l'apprentissage dans les campagnes futures.Collaborer avec les partenaires potentiels de GE Vernova/Electrification pour tirer parti des meilleures pratiques

  Profil :

  BAC+3 en commerce, marketing ou ingénierie d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur agrééExpérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le domaine du marketing ou du développement d'offres commercialesExpérience avérée de la gestion de projetsExcellentes qualités relationnelles et de leadership, capacité à travailler dans une matrice ou avec des personnes de différentes fonctions ou régions.Capacité à comprendre des problèmes complexes d'ingénierie et commerciaux et à les communiquer simplementExpérience de l'utilisation d'excel pour produire des analyses numériques à l'aide de tableaux croisés dynamiques et de macrosExpérience des outils marketing/numériques tels que Marketo, Adobe InDesign, etc.Anglais courant et solides compétences de rédaction et de communication

  Essential responsibilities:

  Work with the IB team, external resources material, commercial and product teams to review & update Services SASEnhance customer insights intelligence on win/loss, margin, pricing & discounts by offering, segments, customer types, etc..Based on external and internal insights, define new/priority services commercial offeringsPartner with the right stakeholders (Product Managers, Engineering, Sales teams and Marketing colleagues) to create clear, concise and compelling value propositions and customer facing documents such as brochures, emails, case studies, customer webinars, etc.Ensure successful learning of these materials by the different commercial and fleet teams to effectively leverage it for customer interactionsParticipate to customer negotiations on selected campaign priority offeringsFor potential high priority campaigns, potentially lead regular operating mechanisms with the local team to ensure learning, regional collaboration and effectivenessSeek to continuously improve the impact and effectiveness of campaigns and incorporate learning into future campaigns.Align with potential GE Vernova / Electrification counterpart(s) to leverage latest best practices

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering from an accredited college or universityDemonstrated successful project management experienceStrong interpersonal & leadership skills, ability to work in a matrix or with people from different functions or regions.Ability to understand complex engineering and commercial issues and communicate them simplyExperienced in working with excel to produce numerical analyses employing pivot tables and macrosExperienced in marketing/digital tools such as Marketo, Adobe InDesign, etc.Fluent in English with strong writing & communication skills

  Ability to embrace change, be flexible and creative, solution oriented.Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a matrixed, globally based teams
