Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Full Time Resource Planner. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to deploy advanced analytics for predictive health, enabling precise forecasting of maintenance actions and informing supply requirements. By implementing enhanced reliability, diagnostics, and new technologies, you will contribute to minimizing unscheduled maintenance, ensuring the highest level of system reliability for our customers. Furthermore, your knowledge of design principles will be beneficial in optimizing aircraft maintenance planning and execution, leading to improved mission readiness and fleet availability. Additional responsibilities include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, integrate, test, and sustain complex systems and solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
Perform system modeling, simulation, and analysis to ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of developed systems.
Implement innovative technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement to field performance.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in Systems, Industrial, Aeronautical, Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college. You should have a strong understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts, allowing you to complete assigned technical tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Your ability to apply discretion and judgment in your work will be essential, as you will be dealing with assignments that require creative problem-solving.
As a Sustainment professional, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, project leaders, and personnel within our team. Therefore, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital in presenting technical information and consulting with customers to provide effective solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Systems, Industrial, Aeronautical, Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Technical writing experience
Ability to understand and analyze data and metrics as well as conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances for certain projects.
Desired Skills:
Experience with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.
Basic knowledge of systems engineering concepts
Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
