JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Summary: The Resource Manager II willassign employees to jobs based upon their skills, abilities,availability, and crew performance to maximize the effectiveness of thecrew. Will serve as the employees\' primary point of contact regardingtraining, mobilization, pay, and assignments and ensures that allemployees are current on training and performance reviews. Whereapplicable the Resource Manager II will oversee a small tomedium-sized/complex employee base and work with clients to helpfacilitate business needs and requests for their customer base EssentialDuties & Responsibilities: Assign employees to jobs based upon theirskills, abilities, availability, and crew performance to maximize theeffectiveness of the crew Manage field employees including employeecontracts, vacation, contract reviews, employee performance evaluations,identify training and job assignment, mobilization of field employees,and address daily employee needs and requests Serve as the employees\'primary point of contact regarding training, mobilization, pay, andassignments and resolve concerns or conflicts Recruit and hireprospective employees, manage field personnel, handle financial andsales responsibilities, create and negotiate contracts, create andimplement productivity metrics, and handle office administration. Whereapplicable, validate crew composition with Service Managers upcomingjobs Where applicable, assemble well-balanced crews to optimizeperformance using multiple analytical data sources Determine employeereadiness statuses by incorporating multiple factors including SchedulerWorkload, bench retainers, Break-In-Service, and Work Time RegulationsCommunicate with Customers and/or Service Managers to ensure employeeavailability by analyzing mobilization/ demobilization plans, sickleave, paid time off, and personal leave Where applicable will managesales and financial responsibilities including inventory analysis,accounts receivable, invoice review, and operating plan targets Partnerwith Service Managers, Field Service Coordinators, and the Immigrationteam to complete necessary immigration documents and ensure employeesare clear for travel Report utilization, bench cost, training and supplystatuses, and balanced crew development to drive productivity and reducecost Conduct audits and inspections on the work teams during theexecution of the installation, commissioning, receiving, operation andmaintenance activities Analyze customer feedback and post-outage datato...
