The Role:
The role of the Celonis Services Resource Manager is key to the overall quality, efficiency and capacity of our Celonis Services function. The primary responsibility is to monitor capacity, skills and resource efficiencies for all potential and assigned projects across all Celonis Services resources, providing data drive insights to Celonis Services leaders to make decisions for hiring, planning, training and subcontracting purposes.
There is also the requirement to report on future demand, skill planning and capacity in general working closely also with Services Leaders and Enablement teams to ensure skills readiness. As the program manager you will liaison with many stakeholders across the organisation including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Enablement teams.
The program manager must also ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to assure timelines and must communicate to appropriate Engagement Managers issues that may impact scheduled deadlines. It is also required that this position enforce company processes by utilising assigned systems and processes.
The work you’ll do:
Act as point of contact for skills requirements, resource allocation, conflict resolution, and reporting to support CS business goals. Assist with managing and increasing utilisation numbers within the Celonis Services team. Build, maintain, and communicate skills availability, capacity and resourcing information. Work alongside Operations and Enablement and input into overall training, hiring recommendations based on resource reviews to ensure the right resources, with the right skill are available. Manage capacity and skills resourcing forecast tools for Celonis Services based on input from weekly meetings. Work with Celonis Services Practice Leaders and Engagement Managers weekly to identify appropriate resource requirements for all projects and activities. Work to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members. Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities. Produce quarterly summarised reporting for Senior Management team identifying potential risks or issues. Be the liaison between the Celonis Services leaders and subcontractors as required. Identify potential process issues and present to the Celonis Services Management team with resolutions to such issues where applicable. The qualifications you need:
Proven consulting and program/project management background and experience in post-sales consulting and/or operational roles. Passion for using operational metrics and process improvement to support key decisions and drive organisational optimization. Involved in an organisation during a period of growth and transformation. An independent self starter with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills. Capacity or resource management experience in the software solutions industry. Salesforce/FinancialForce experience. Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously. Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease. Ability to prioritise and organise workload across multiple stakeholders. Bachelor's degree required. What Celonis can offer you:
