Wells Fargo is seeking a Resiliency Reporting & Analytics Lead Business Execution Consultant to help ensure effective oversight and monitoring of Consumer Operations' (CSBB, CMS/PL&RS, Auto, and Home Lending Servicing) Business Continuity Plans risk management efforts. The position will liaison and work with the Consumer Operations Resiliency community, including Resiliency Officers (ROs), Business Resiliency Coordinators (BRCs), and Business Resiliency Managers (BRMs), and Consumer Operations Managers. In this role, you will :
Prepare/create various reports from ORS (the SOR for BCPs), creating pivot tables, and analyzing data to present to Consumer Operations Resiliency teams to ensure compliance with EBCRP requirements.
Prepare, monitor, and distribute monthly and/or quarterly Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reports.
Complete ad hoc Resiliency Reporting & Analytics requests
Create, manage, and maintain Consumer Operations' Resiliency Reporting & Analytics processes and related procedures.
Review/analyze technology system and application data, provided by technology partners, to ensure risks are mitigated.
Provide support and/or reporting for Third-Party resiliency program requirements and/or activities.
Review and update SharePoint sites for the Consumer Operations Resiliency Team, and complete certification as needed.
Support monthly meetings for the Consumer Operations Resiliency Community, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and facilitating actions items.
Complete annual review and updates on Resiliency RACI Matrix.
Create Annual Affirmation Reports for Consumer Operations leaders.
Assist with Consumer Operations Resiliency projects and day-to-day activities, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Data/Reporting Management
Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel Skills
Previous Business Resiliency and/or Operational Risk Management experience.
Experience with Wells Fargo's Operation Resiliency System (ORS)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Consumer Operations Lines of Business' (CSBB, CMS/PL&RS, Home Lending, and Auto)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience being a SharePoint site owner.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to prepare management level presentations.
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Job Expectations:
