Wells Fargo is seeking a Resiliency Exercise & Testing Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead the Consumer Operation's participation in enterprise-wide technology and non-technology functional exercises. This individual will provide technical and operational resiliency expertise to strengthen the Bank's resiliency capabilities through technology and non-technology exercise planning and execution across Consumer Operations (CSBB, CMS/PL&RS, Auto, and Home Lending Servicing). In this role, you will :
Facilitate planning and execution of enterprise-wide technology exercises, and non-technology functional exercises, across Consumer Operations.
Coordinate exercise activities with the broader "Consumer Operations Resiliency Community", including Resiliency Officers (ROs), Business Resiliency Coordinators (BRCs), and Business Resiliency Managers (BRMs), and Functional Managers.
Manage all observations and action items from exercises to closure.
Provide direction and support to the Consumer Operations Resiliency Community to develop an exercise strategy and integrated calendar to meet the EBCRP program's objectives and compliance with applicable requirements.
Create, manage, and maintain Consumer Operations Resiliency Exercise & Testing processes and related procedures.
Provide updates and reporting throughout exercise planning, execution, and post closure actions to Consumer Operations' leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.
Work with Technology partners on gap identification and remediation for recovery time objective and recovery point objective issues and concerns.
Implement critical initiatives such as risk acceptance remediation by working with business and technology.
Assist with other Consumer Operations Resiliency projects and day-to-day activities, as needed.
Provide subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters, as needed.
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications :
5+ years Business Resiliency, Consumer Operations, Technology, Operational Risk Management, and/or related risk experience.
Subject matter expert in Business Resiliency Exercise Planning would be a plus.
Experience developing improvement processes and implementation strategies to support business continuity plans.
Successful track record providing advice and counsel to management on significant initiatives to improve risk management and internal controls.
Ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage large-scale change, and influence people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups including EBCRP, executive management, cross-functional control partners, and internal auditors.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
BA/BS and or master's degree in a Business or related field
Job Expectations :
This role will require you to work 5 weekends a year and more than 40 hours a week at times.
Candidate must be based out of posted location and will be required to work in the office 3 days per week.
