To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Resident Operations Director with a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience along with proven project management abilities and a relentlessly high excellence bar.
Responsibilities:
- The Resident Operations Director program is a 6-12 month, full-time program that prepares you to become an Operations Director at a Zeta school
- As an Operations Director, you are the operational leader of your school and a member of the school leadership team.
- As a Resident Operations Director at Zeta, you are placed at an existing Zeta school and serve as a full-time member of the school's operations team
- You will engage in operations work at the host school and tackle a variety of school-specific and Zeta-wide operations projects, all while learning the skills and mindset needed to become an excellent Operations Director
- You will help develop both systems for ensuring a world-class facility that meet’s Zeta’s high expectations while also creating a safe and welcoming school environment for all students, staff, and families
- You will engage in short-term and long-term thinking on best operational systems, using data to shape every aspect of our school systems

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $92,500. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in operations and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
