  About the team:

  Global Organization Culture and Employer Branding team plays a key role in partnering with the executive team to drive alignment on our mission and core values, ensure our culture is embedded and integrated into the employee lifecycle, design company-wide management mechanisms that enable the practice of our culture, and develop tailored cultural solutions to meet the needs of our diverse, global businesses.

  About this role:

  We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Research Analyst with a strong background in management and culture related topics. As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering relevant industry information through various channels, applying systematic research methods to conduct in-depth research on management and culture related topics, and driving employee engagements and company success.

  What will I do?

  -Lead in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, competitors, and internal operations, on topics related to management practices and organizational culture, identify key cultural issues and formulate strategic recommendations and action plans

  -Own the design and implementation of surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms to provide an evaluation mechanism to continuously gauge the health of organizational culture, pinpoint key issues, and offer recommendations to drive problem-solving efforts.

  -Partner with internal stakeholders from a variety of businesses globally and cross-functional teams to understand critical cultural issues, develop hypotheses, create data-driven insights, and propose scalable solutions and tools.

  -Effectively communicate research findings, proposals, and progress reports to senior leadership through presentations and written reports, ensure that proposals are rooted in rigorous research, data analysis, and a clear implementation plan.

  -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and expertise internally and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

  What experience should I have?

  - A Master's or Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, Economics, or a related field.

  - Proven experience in conducting strategic research and proposal development related to management and culture, familiar with high-tech, internet, and related industries.

  - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a deep understanding of business and organizational dynamics.

  - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights, and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  - Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research tools and techniques such as statistical analyses and survey design.

  - Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, proactive and action-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $216600 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. We offer the following benefits to eligible employees:

  We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.

  We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
