Adobe Research is looking for a Research Engineer with a passion for making creative research technologies available for all.
At Adobe Research, you will work closely with both scientists and engineers to invent new technologies for image, audio, video, animation, 3D and vector graphics applications and explorations. You will have the opportunity to:

Key Qualifications
Strong C++ experience. Preferably with experience developing/maintaining large scale research or open source libraries.
Experienced in conducting and implementing novel research in computer graphics, geometry processing and/or physics-based simulation.
Passionate about making novel research findings available to improve the creative experience for millions of Adobe customers.
Master or PhD degree preferred.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Experience with modern python and/or javascript.
Knowledge of high performance computing and scientific computing.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $129,400 -- $242,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
