Job Summary/Basic Function:
Independently performs components of a research project or program asdirected by a senior member of the research team. A Research Associatemay be involved in designing certain aspects of research projects andindependently conducts work complementary to the overall researchobjectives.

Essential Functions:
35% of Time the Research Associate will:
Collect, analyze, and report dataCoordinate with research partners and vendorsAssist dissemination of project results through policy briefs, whitepapers, reports, conferences, and peer-reviewed publicationsMaintain instrumentation, as applicable, related to field orlaboratory researchProvide technical support to researchersMay be involved in designing certain aspects of research projects.Independently conducts work complementary to the overall researchobjectives.Train and mentor others in the use of research-related protocols,models, and instrumentation60% of Time the Research Associate will:
Lead sponsored and unsponsored research projects as PI and co-PICreate new client relationships and maintain existing clientrelationshipsDesign research projectsSeek out funding opportunities and lead efforts to submit proposalsCreate data visualizationsPresent research findings to stakeholders, decision-makers, and thepublicWork with OSP to create scopes of work and budgetsLead or attend regular meetings with clients and project teams5% of Time the Research Associate will:

Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of Master\'s or equivalent degree, or Bachelor\'s orequivale t degree, plus at least 2 years of post-bachelor\'s workexperience in a role that is similar to that of a Research Assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two to three years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation,policy analysis, or similar activities. Salary and Benefit

\$55,000 to \$60,000 depending on experience.
