About Requirements and Sourcing Team Intelligence Analyst

  Amentum is currently seeking an experienced Requirements and Sourcing Team Intelligence Analyst to support our customer at Fort Belvoir, VA.

  Responsibilities:

  Collect inputs, analyze, and document INSCOM support to the Readiness Core Enterprise for the G3 by reviewing and coordinating MSC MOS and reach data.

  Collect data to identify all INSCOM personnel and unit sourcing requirements and support coordination of potential unit sourcing solutions for identified requirements.

  Provide sourcing recommendations for validated INSCOM personnel sourcing requirements.

  Track and maintain a listing of all INSCOM personnel sourcing requirements and the INSCOM units supporting those personnel requirements.

  Support related staff activities for INSCOM sourcing requirements including publishing trip reports, participating in the MI Sourcing Conference or meetings, and preparing INSCOM input to the Army Sourcing Requirements Briefing,

  Research, draft, and finalize the INSCOM MSC MOS Data Call report, by monitoring INSCOM MSC sourcing requirements assessment tasking emails, and documenting the results of related video tele-conferences (VTC).

  Prepare the INSCOM Request for Forces (RFF) Briefing, and a listing of all current and pending INSCOM sourcing requirements.

  Monitor tasking’s from the Army to assign Individual Augmentees to operational units, and support analysis of available resources to identify accurate INSCOM personnel for the tasking.

  Support coordination of individual tasking’s with the appropriate Army Staff element and/or INSCOM MSC. Individual augmentation tasking’s are completed utilizing the INSCOM MOS Analysis Spreadsheet, the World Wide Individual Augmentation System (WIAS) tasking email to unit(s) concerned, and the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) tracker spreadsheet, all of which shall be maintained in a current status by the contractor.

  Coordinate INSCOM-related HQDA G3 WIAS web-based data maintenance.

  Coordinate, document, and deliver the Individual Deployment services report for the G3.

  Update and maintain the CRC tracker, the WIAS tracking log and brief, and the deployment reservations as needed to reflect all INSCOM requirements.

  Maintain and update INSCOM Deployment Tracking System Database (IDTS) for the G3.

  Provide system administration for the IDTS and coordinate with MSCs for required inputs.

  Coordinate with G6 and G3 Intelligence Information Services (IIS) for configuration management of the IDTS and related system administration issues.

  Act a super-user, who will administer user accounts and maintain data (duties will not include system development activities).

  Manage, maintain and update INSCOM task management activities utilizing designated task management tools.

  Utilize the Army’s Task Management Tool on NIPRNET and SIPRNET to enable electronic staffing of internal and external requirements and tasks.

  Requirements:

  Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance

  Masters degree in any discipline.

  20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience

  Completion of MICCC, WOAC or ALC.

  Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Battalion or higher level

  Experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff section NCOIC or primary staff section warrant officer is preferred.

  Demonstrated experience producing reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers.

  Demonstrated experience managing research and coordination projects.

  Demonstrated knowledge of Army and Joint sourcing processes.

  Analytical Control Element (ACE) OIC or NCOIC desired.
