DescriptionThis position is FT /40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, rotating weekends and holidays. Evening shift 10AM to 7PM.Experienced level position.Provides service to Clients, Patients, and Hospital Divisions. Proficient with all call center activities. Proficient/knowledgeable/assists with laboratory support functions Calls, reports and documents critical lab, cancelled and corrected lab results to providers. Completes requests for add on testing from providers. Successfully resolve incoming call requests for results, testing/storage requirements, etc. related to lab samples, collection and transport. Ability to multi-task proficiently with minimal supervision.
