  Si, a vos, una persona optimista, apasionada por solucionar problemas y resolverlos, quien con sus conocimientos y experiencia como representante de mesa de ayuda funcional para la mesa de sueldos y jornales, marcará la diferencia para y en los profesionales.

  Vas a tener el desafío de...

  • Brindar atención telefónica y resolución, de primera instancia, para aquellos inconvenientes relacionados con consultas frecuentes de funcionamiento de los módulos de Sueldos y Recursos Humanos

  • Brindar soporte, en Mesa de Ayuda, para los sistemas instalados o en la nube.

  • Asistir directa o remotamente a los clientes con problemas relacionados al uso de los productos atendidos y sus requisitos de funcionamiento.

  • Aprender respecto del funcionamiento y errores frecuentes del software y otros componentes utilizados por los clientes para poder brindar las respuestas adecuadas al momento de la atención

  Estas responsabilidades se desarrollan a través de un soporte funcional en forma telefónica y por escrito, respondiendo consultas que reciben por la WEB

  La atención específica es en los siguientes productos:

  • Sueldos y jornadas On Premise

  • RRHH

  • Sueldos y jornales estudio One Web/ONVIO

  ¿Qué requisitos buscamos para quien ocupe la posición?

  Tener experiencia previa en liquidación de haberes (excluyente).Atención al cliente en forma telefónica (valorado pero no excluyente)Se valora haber ocupado posiciones administrativas o en estudios contables. Ser estudiante o graduado de las carreras de ciencias económicas suma, pero no es excluyente.
