　　It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

　　Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

　　What will I be doing?

　　- Provide actionable insights and intelligence to optimize business process.

　　- Lead process improvement initiatives to assist quality, compliance, and efficiency metrics.

　　- You will design, build and monitor operation-related metrics. These may include data related to the efficiency & quality performance in moderation teams.

　　- Together with the team, you will identify gaps through data analysis and provide improvement insights to global management teams.

　　- You will lead and manage a management optimization analyst team, supporting their development and championing a high-performance culture

　　Qualifications

　　What should I bring with me?

　　- You possess strong leadership skills - a background in leading, managing, and mentoring teams for 5 years or more.

　　- You have 6+ years experience in analytical roles related to content moderation or similar fields (eg. call center and ads moderation in tech companies).

　　- You have good tech skills including Excel & Google sheets and data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.

　　- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.

　　- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
