Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst
Job Summary
In this dynamic role, you'll play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy by analyzing customer data and segmenting our target audience. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop highly targeted campaigns and initiatives that resonate with specific customer segments, ultimately driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data (installed technologies, IT spend, contract renewals, market research, etc.) using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify key trends, patterns, and segment opportunitiesDevelop data-driven segmentation models based on various criteria such as firmographics, demographics, technographics, buying behaviors, and pain pointsEffectively communicate segmentation and targeting insights through customized reports, presentations, Tableau visualizations, and self-serve activation mechanisms that meet stakeholders' needsEvaluate the potential and profitability of each segment, recommending which ones to prioritize for go-to-market effortsCreate detailed profiles of each identified segment, including their needs, challenges, and preferred communication channelsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored messaging, content, and sales strategies for each segmentTrack and measure the effectiveness of segmentation initiatives, providing ongoing insights and recommendations for improvementEnsure data quality and accuracy of account segmentation data within SFDCStay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in sales segmentation and marketing analytics
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or segmentation, preferably in a B2B settingStrong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniquesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to diverse audiencesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResults-focused, highly organized, and detail-orientedAbility to handle competitivity, ambiguity, and time pressuresPassion for data-driven decision making and a desire to translate insights into actionable strategies
