Replay Media staff will support MLB Instant Replay through in-game video content creation, video publishing, data input, and other media related requests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create and distribute video links and other various content to be distributed within the Commissioner’s Office and MLB clubs Record relevant data points specific to each replay review in Excel Assist in responding to internal inquiries regarding replays Other content creation as assigned by the Instant Replay Managerial staff Requirements:
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop The ability to identify MLB players and managers Must be able to work independently as well as in a “team” environment Must be able to communicate clearly, multitask, and prioritize Must be able to react quickly and adjust to change on the fly Must be able to operate and handle live fast-paced & high-pressure situations Must be able to act professionally with and around MLB Umpires and MLBOC employees Working knowledge of Mac OS, Google Sheets/Docs and Microsoft Excel. Previous experience working in baseball is preferred
Schedule:
Looking for a candidate who can work 30 – 35 hours a week Schedule flexibility (weekends/evening availability required) Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is an hourly rate of $25. The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
