Position Overview
As a Renewals Manager in the Autodesk Commercial Customer Success organization, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Renewals and lead a team of Renewal Specialists responsible for forecasting and closing renewals opportunities in the Territory Account Segment.
Your team will engage directly with customers, collaborate with partners, and align with our extended sales teams. Our primary mission is to create customer loyalty and growth. We achieve our mission by maximizing retention, mitigate risk of churn, and uncover expansion opportunities through impactful customer experiences.
We support hybrid work, and you can expect to work 1 day per week in our Denver, CO LoDo office. There will be occasional travel (~10 days per year) to additional in-person events.
Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead and inspire the renewals team, including hiring, coaching talent, ensure daily execution, and managing performance, while upholding theAutodesk Culture Code.Quota Achievement: Inspire the team to exceed assigned quotas and meet operating metrics.Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline information to enable decision-making and resource allocation.Renewal Rate Optimization: Lead the team to maximize renewal rates and identify expansion opportunities for growth.Collaboration with Autodesk Partners: Coach Renewal Specialist to collaborate with partners in capturing renewal pipeline information and identifying business trends.Business Insights: We provide valuable insights to internal organizations on business trends, customer needs, product requirements, and potential business opportunities.Project Participation and Leadership: Participate in projects that contribute to the improvement of operations and efficiency within Commercial Customer Success and extended teams.Collaboration: Partner with leaders of sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and other team members to increase renewal rates and identify expansion opportunities for growth.CRM and Methodology: Ensure the appropriate use of CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies to process and track renewal opportunities.Change Management: Lead change initiatives by exchanging new ideas to improve operations and efficiency within Commercial Customer Success and extended teams.Customer Success: Set team expectations to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and continued customer adoption of Autodesk products.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience managing a sales or renewals team.Ensure team member's execution of important role functions.Coach your team members for higher performanceA history of building relationships to facilitate aligned execution.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $172,200 and $249,260. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
