The Jira Align (JA) Renewal Account Manager role can be remote, based anywhere in the Netherlands or the UK, or office based in Amsterdam.
The Renewal Team's mission is to maximize revenue retention, strategic migration, and expansion efforts; all while providing a seamless customer experience that ensures continued health and loyalty.
You will drive retention across JA products by engaging in strategic renewals and discovering expansion, upsell, upgrade, and cross-sell opportunities. You will partner with our Enterprise Solutions Advocates and our account teams to contribute to the total book of business growth.

In this role, you will:
Nurture customer relationships throughout the renewal lifecycle, maximizing customer retention rates while also mitigating churn riskIdentify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during the renewals cycleMaintain a healthy pipeline by logging sales and renewal activities, customer data and status within internal systemsPartner with the account team on account planning and driving total book of business growth through whitespace analysis and install base research
You will have:
Experience selling Enterprise SaaS productsExperience with objection handling and escalation mitigation, particularly at the C-suite levelA strategic approach in reviewing the account footprint and prioritizing customer engagements to maximize account growth and retentionKnowledge of Jira Align, Appito, Planview, Aha, or other digital transformation tools a plus
Minimum required experience:
Team playerFive or more years of experience in account management, software renewals, customer success, or other relevant industriesDocumented record of meeting performance goalsExperience managing customer engagements with Enterprise-level customers
