Role/Purpose:
As Renewals Specialist you will report to the Manager, Commercial Customer Success in Korea and be responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing renewals opportunities. This is a hybrid position that works to increase renewals closure in-directly through close partner engagement and daily management. You will also engage our customers directly to guide Autodesk renewals opportunities to closure.
Principal Responsibilities - You will be resposible for:
• Achieving your assigned sales quotas
• You will develop opportunity Pipelines and Forecast Management for assigned set of accounts
• You will improve Partner Forecasting for Territory region
• You will provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e. deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closure
• Serves as an escalation point for all renewal issues that affect the customer's retention and is responsible for risk mitigation execution
• You will Identifies customer upsell and expansion opportunities
• Sales results analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product.
• Collaborate with channel partners, territory sales and customer sales in meetings to increase renewals sales performance
Experience
• 3-4 years sales/renewals experience
• Experience negotiating $10k+ complex sales/renewals deals
• Working knowledge of SFDC
• Experience working with complexity: Resolving complex issues and developing unique solutions
• Experienced with negotiation: Able to undertake complex negotiations with customer and partners
• : Able to work effectivly with partners in driving the right renewals outcomes
