  The Opportunity

  The Renewal Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and renewing customer contracts, subscriptions, or services. This position involves working closely with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and contract extensions. The Renewals Specialist is responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals. The role is also responsible for the identification and creation of expansion opportunities. This role works primarily through direct customer engagement in collaboration with Adobe Account Executives and Adobe Resellers. In addition, this role focuses on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiences.

  What you'll do

  We are looking for a Renewal Specialist who could work for approximately 14 months until March 2025 (may extend the contract depending on the situation).

  Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.Contract Renewals: Proactively reach out to customers nearing the end of their contracts to discuss renewal options and negotiate terms.Contract Analysis: Review contract terms, pricing, and conditions to provide recommendations and options for renewal.Negotiation: Negotiate with customers to secure contract renewals, ensuring both parties' needs and expectations are met.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contract details, and renewal agreements.Reporting: Prepare reports on renewal performance, trends, and customer feedback for management.Customer Education: Educate customers on the value and benefits of renewing their contracts or subscriptions.Forecasting: Pipeline and forecast management for renewal opportunities.Collaboration: Works closely and aligns with Adobe Account Executives & partner ecosystems to drive renewal and expansion opportunitiesPerformance: Achieve assigned quotas for renewalPlanning: Contributes to building the plan to improve retention rate and deployment rate

  What you'll need to succeed

  3-10 years of renewal business experience in software vendor or cloud business area.Proven experience in customer relations, sales, or contract management.Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and contract management software(CRM software, Hendrix)Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and partnersAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Genuine passion and excitement for Adobe's culture.Fluency in Korean and English communications.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  Renewal Specialists play a critical role in retaining and growing the customer base, which directly impacts the company's revenue and customer satisfaction. The position requires a proactive and customer-centric approach to ensure successful contract renewals and maintain positive customer relationships.
