System one is seeking a Remote Supplier Administrator for a temp to hire opportunity.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for day-to-day Supplier/Vendor entry tasks in the SAP Ariba system. Tracking progress to ensure steps are completed for proper onboarding of the Supplier/Vendor. Responsible for the Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) functions including supplier qualifications, supplier data management and other supply chain supplier relationship tasks utilizing the SLP. Ability to review, enter and validate data in various applications to ensure data integrity between applications. Tracks progress daily of tasking and updates required individuals in the company.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of related experience. Some college level education or facilities related certification coursework preferred.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required. Additionally, a demonstrated proficiency in the use of internet search engines, electronic mail systems, and spreadsheets is required. A working knowledge of company policies and procedures is preferred.
Ability to work on individual tasks and team tasks.
Ability to work with various levels of staff.
Good verbal communication skills are required to clearly deliver work instructions.
Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
Applies knowledge and skills to details of work.
REQUIREMENTS
The individual MUST have:
Experience in working with Supply Chain/Procurement
Experience working in SAP ARIBA - Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) module
Ability to manage internal Client Relationships
Experience working with a dynamic team
Experience with onboarding suppliers into SAP/Exposure to working with canadian suppliers preferred.
Pay: $25 - $28/hr
