Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Salesforce Developer in a contract to hire role for one a growing financial company located in West Des Moines, IA. This person will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our client. You will be working in an agile environment assisting with the integration of Salesforce into the organization. You will customize and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to align with the business processes and requirements of our client. Some of the responsibilities of this role may include but are not limited to:
* Develop custom Apex code to create complex business logic, triggers, and integration with other systems
* Create custom Visualforce pages and Lightning components to build user interfaces
* Design and implement data models, including relationships between objects, to ensure data integrity and to support reporting and analytics requirements
* Integrate Salesforce FSC with other systems and data sources, such as policy admin systems, claims, compliance databases, and third-party applications. This might involve using API's middleware, or ETL tools
* Develop workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline business processes, and improve efficiency
* Implement security measures and compliance controls to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance, which is crucial in the financial services industry
Skills and Requirements
* 6-10 years of experience as a salesforce developer
* 3 years of experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Visualforce
* 3 years of Apex Development
* Strong communicator who can be flexible and work on multiple projects * Data Modeling
* Experience working in a financial services company null
