Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Process Improvement/Optimization Subject Matter Expert to support the ongoing growth and transformation of an enterprise-level client in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will collaborate with three other professionals to drive and optimize change within the Medicaid line of business. Your responsibilities will include strategizing, identifying gaps, making recommendations, and enhancing productivity across various teams. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in process optimization within fast-paced and dynamic enterprise environments.
This is a contract position ranging from $60-$76.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience leading process improvements and optimization
Enterprise level experience (Medicaid or health insurance preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities Six Sigma
