Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Learner Services Advisor that provides assistance to students in their development and ongoing achievement of education goals, providing students with academic planning services based on program requirements and support services, and promoting student success and retention through effective communication, service, and support. The LSA will contacts students on a regular basis to build and maintain rapport and serves as the student's advisor and first point of contact to ensure questions are answered and concerns are resolved. Assist students with questions related to course navigation, academic policies, course expectations, technical assistance, and other student support services. Provide guidance to at-risk students to ensure student success. Provide on-going student retention efforts. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Call students to procure proper forms and paperwork as needed.
Skills and Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma
Must be located in FL
Minimum of 1 year in Customer Service, Student Services, or Call Center related role
Experience making in bound or outbound calls
Excellent Telephone Prescence and communication skills
Ability to explain why this position is exciting to them and why theyd be successful
Ability to begin work on 2/19/2024
Okay with no PTO in the first 30 Days
Comfortable working flexible shift: Sunday 12PM-7PM EST, Monday Wednesday 9AM-6:30PM EST, Thursday 12PM-9PM EST? null
