Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Bi Developer to help a large healthcare client elevate their patient experience. This position will require someone who has either worked in healthcare or in a patient experience type role in a BI and reporting fashion. This resource will have oversight of two Data Analysts and be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects. This role will require collaboration across internal customers, development teams as well as technology. The majority of time spent in this role will be helping establish the end-to-end process of sustainability and usability of data and overseeing the implementation of the consumer and patient metrics. This position will be a remote role but requires work to be done during East Coast hours and may require some quarterly business travel. This position is contract to hire and requires candidates who are eligible for hire without sponsorship.
Skills and Requirements
- 6 years' experience managing and analyzing data/metrics
- Combination of the following experience required:
o Working with data warehouses (Snowflake or Caboodle preferred)
o Report and Dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Click)
o Hands on experience working with data management tools (NRC, Press Gainey, Qualtrics)
o BI Development, testing and change management
Requirement gathering and ability to design BI solutions
o Strong SQL Skills (SSAS, SSIS and SSRS)
- 1 year experience in a supervisory or managerial position
o Need to be familiar with overseeing and mentoring a team of analysts who do not have strong Power BI experience
- 3 years' experience healthcare or patient experience roles
o Needs an individual who understands the level of sentiment and sensitivity in customer date as pertaining to patients in Pharma, Insurance or Provider organizations
- BS or BA Degree Required - Managed data around NPS scoring, patient sentiment, patient engagement/ feedback null
