Job Description
Our Client is looking for an experienced DevOps engineer. This role will entail working closely with teams to migrate their development environment pipelines from legacy tools to new development tools. As part of the migration team, the role will be understanding the existing structure, implementing / migrating the source code and implementing fully automated CI/CD pipeline and documenting the process of technical solution for standardization.
o Migrate and implement a fully automated CI/CD pipeline for teams to migrate to common new environment
o Collaborate with development teams to migrate / validate migrated repositories and pipelines
o Create / Improve standard / reusable blocks for CI/CD pipeline
o Partner with the committee to keep the pipeline standardization on track of the migration
o Propose areas of enhancements for the CI/CD "standard" pipeline
o Consult on Cybersecurity policies for tools integration with security team
o Document and collaborate on the common guidelines / best practices of CI/CD.
Skills and Requirements
o 5+ years hands-on experience in DevOps or similar
o Technical expertise in DevOps tools using Jfrog Artifactory, Gitlab, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Nexus, Jenkins
o Understanding of how to configure JFrog for integration
o Knowledge with Docker and K8s
o Experience with both AWS cloud and on prem
o Knowledge of Linux and Windows as both used as build environments
o Knowledge of Java, Maven, npm, .Net
o Ability to express technical information and excellent analytical skills
o Ability to work in a team
o Bachelor's Degree
o US Citizenship, Ability to provide proof of citizenship
o Ability to pass federal background check an drug test o Knowledge of Agile and continuous integration practices.
o Experience with Atlassian Jira and confluence
o Knowledge of Jfrog Xray for libraries scan (COTS)
o Knowledge of OKTA and SAML
