Job Description
Responsible for area machine / equipment reliability and it's improvement. Monitoring, analysis and improvement of machine / equipment downtime (MTTR, MTBF) and spare part usage. Leading of area reliability team meetings with main focus on ensuringproper machine / equipment function. Assisting in ensuring all drawings, technical literature, parts lists and preventive procedures areprepared, kept updated and made available for Engineering / Maintenance Departments.
Responsible for area machine / equipment with focus on reliability improvement.Root cause analysis of chronic equipment process issues, develop & implement solutions in a timely fashion.Support Maintenance in troubleshooting, repairing, replacing problem equipment.Assist Maintenance Trainer in preparation / conducting maintenance training on all equipment as needed.Maintain documentation of training manuals, spare parts lists, schematics and drawings to support the Maintenance technicians.Responsible and leading routine reliability team meetings, maintain and utilize reliability data.Assist Planner in acquiring spare parts for all new and obsolete equipment.Perform other duties as directed by the Area Engineer or Area Lead Engineer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
