Overview
This Middle Market Relationship Support Analyst partners with several middle market bankers to provide sales support by assisting with business development activities and as a subject matter expert in business products and services. Ensures client satisfaction by servicing accounts, addressing inquires and concerns, and performs other servicing related business activities. Secures all necessary documentation for customer accounts and loans.
Responsibilities
Service and Support - May serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and assist in calls or presentations intended to solicit business. Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries. Determines target needs and provides resolution. Assists in uncovering sales opportunities through analysis, prospect research and daily support operations. Fosters collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues.Documentation - Prepares standard documentation presented to clients. This may include proposals, service agreements and implementation forms. Obtains required KYC documentation needed for deposit or loan account opening.Product Specialist - Provides knowledge in area of work. Assists in process troubleshooting for both internal and external parties. May assist in creating and monitoring pricing of Bank products or services.Operational Support - Provides support for business unit by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve standard practices. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations OR N/A and N/A years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or OperationsPreferredCommerical Banking, Sales, Customer Service
