Your team responsibilities
Relationship Managers act as trusted advisors, nurturing client relationships, helping clients optimize product utilization for investment performance, holdings analysis, and benchmarking, all aligned with their business objectives.

Your key responsibilities
• Manage relationships within our client base; implement strategic plans to ensure client retention.
• Proactively engage with clients and provide Best Practices guidance on portfolio management and reporting, various exposure analysis, and benchmarking.
• Identify opportunities to increase client usage of our products and identify new users.
• Work closely with the sales team on potential sales opportunities.
• Assist in campaigns on new product placement.
• Proactively engage with clients to keep them informed of our product roadmap with a view on how our development efforts will help them achieve their business goals.
• Proactively solicit client feedback regarding future product development.
• Respond to detailed client enquiries about methodologies and analytics.
• Conduct advanced client trainings / workshop.
• Maintain and communicate accurate records regarding client interaction activities.
• Frequent on-site client visits that will involve travel in the region.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
• Direct relationship management experience in the asset management, financial services and/or fintech space. Private Capital experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, including illiquid private equity markets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way to a diverse audience.
• Experience in performance reporting, manager due diligence, benchmarking and other private equity specific analytics.
• Experience in a quantitative function working closely with investment decision making teams.
• BS is required with an MSc (and/or CFA/CAIA) being a significant advantage ideally from finance/engineering/mathematical background.
• Mandarin or Korean speaking a plus.
