This Regional Operations Manager serves as a leader for the education team at DaVita Kidney Care. The position identifies current and future educational needs, creates and drives initiatives related to Clinical Education and oversees the development, delivery, and evaluation of educational programs. The role works with DaVita Kidney Care Operations and Clinical Leadership team to offer new or adjust existing programs based on business needs and provides formal metrics on the program(s) performance. This is a hybrid remote role supporting multiple clinics in the St. Louis, MO area. In this role you will spend 4-5 days per week in clinic. Candidates should be located within market.
