Job Title: Regional Training Co-Ordinator Intern
About the Role
As a Regional Training intern, you would gain knowledge in a multitude of training responsibilities by having the opportunity to lead/co-lead certain projects. You will partner closely with different partners within the Regional APAC team to have an overview of the business and drive process improvement, specifically training projects. You will also gain exposure collaborating cross-functionally and across APAC in an exciting and fast-faced environment of the beauty industry.
THE ROLE
You will be involved in several key projects in a span of 6 months which will provide the exposure in different areas of training responsibilities.
We Live Beauty: e-learning
Manage e-learning monthly training modules and contextualises material for APAC for approval. Track and analysis e-learning performance, partner with regional training to identify gaps for improvement. Monitor and track e-learning goals to achieve 100% enrolment and 80% of BCs engagement on e-learning by markets. Partner regional team to implement and roll out strategic program to increase e-learning engagement rate in FY23.
Social Media Training
Co-ordinate training preparation for social media program. Partner on social media training for Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook. Track market's performance on social media impression.
Monthly Training Report
Ensure timely submission of monthly training report within the region. Consolidate and comply report to be submitted to regional Training Director. Identify areas of improve / challenges from the markets.
Training Co-ordination
Manage training logistics for classroom training. Involve in all training setups. Partner regional training on virtual training. Plan and proposal interactive training activities for virtual training. Compile training outcome after each training session.

Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2024) for a full-time internship. Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality. Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence. Can do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun. Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products. Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership. Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges. Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends. Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
