Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Finance Teams are responsible for economic research, analysis of profit-and-loss income statements and preparation of reports on findings to make recommendations to management. They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Go-to-person when resolving issues specific to the corresponding process across the region
• Responsible of analysis of Performance Regional Metrics and analyze trends in the data to identify improvement needs
• identify process and quality improvement needs and opportunities
• Lead medium-large scale process improvement projects within region
• Drive/own regional standardization projects
• Drive local action plans resulting from Audit findings (CAP Closure) in coordination with Control and Compliance Manager for area of expertise
• Design/control/update control matrix on regional level
• Analyze/propose/close gaps found on regular CSA assessment
• Actively drive set of controls for transitioned/acquisitioned LE
• Support in new companies, businesses, processes, systems acquisitions, and integrations regionally
• Contribute to systems set up covering regional needs
• Responsible for dedicated systems in regions
• Active participation new system acquisition/integration for dedicated Processes
• Conduct process trainings within area of expertise
What your background should look like:
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Very good Understanding of processes and associated technology platforms
• Experience with ERP system
• Experience and practical knowledge of MS office applications.
• Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Proficiency in English
• Strong accounting background (in RTR is a must)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Solid problem solving and detail oriented
• Strong written and oral communication skills
