Multi treatment. Responsible to ensure that assigned O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance and profitability requirements.Manages 3 - 10 direct reports with operational budget of up to 5 million dollarsAssist Site Managers in the coordination of installation of Ecolab supplied digital equipment: probes, meters, and associated data monitoring and control equipment.Ensure capture and collection of required contract data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and that the data is properly recorded for internal stakeholders and the customerDevelop detailed project management program to track Site progress on contract requirements and program implementation.Minimum Requirements5 years of experience at managing / supervising employees.5 years of experience in an industrial plant settingExperience in managing diverse site process operations.High school diploma or GEDExperience with computer based controls for industrial applications & equipmentPreferred RequirementsAssociates degree8 years of experience in an industrial plant settingPhysical Demands:Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, climbing vertical laddersMust be able to pass a drug screenMust be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather, including potential uneven ground, or on wet, or snow / ice covered ground.May work in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty conditionsIndependence Level / Reports toModerate to high Independence - accountable for meeting annual objectives of contract.Budget responsibility.Prepares internal and external reports.Primary customer contact.Collaborates with Program Manager for customer reporting and meetingsAbility to work remotely between multiple sites, manage and supervise a remote team.About Nalco Water:In a world with increasing water shortage and contamination challenges, Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, helps customers conserve more than 161 billion gallons of water each year.
