We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager for North East & Mid Atlantic to join Modular Lighting Instruments North America.

Ideally, you will be located in the greater NYC/NJ/Long Island territory, being active in this region on a daily basis while planning & executing strategic visits to the design community throughout the Eastern & mid Atlantic region.
As a Regional Sales Manager you'll be responsible for driving specifications, sales and developing strong, designer, agent, distributor, and contractor relationships.
What you'll do Responsible for planning and implementing locally relevant sales & distribution strategy to drive growth and market share.Develops and drives credibility and long-term relationships with customers and the A&D community in the region in order to build a strong pipeline and fulfill sales objectives. Partners with agents, reps and dealers to make joint calls with specifiers.Achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area.Maximize sales opportunities by creating demand through Modular named specificationsTrain agents, reps and dealers on MLI brand, products and sales toolsYour qualifications
3+ years commercial sales across a multi-state territoryProven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology or architectural industryPhysically located within greater NYC/NJ/Long Island vicinityTechnical understanding of lighting requirements, LEDs, and lighting controlsProven track record in customer relationship building with designers, reps, EDs and buildersOur candidate profile is just a guide. Salary: $125,000 - 180,000.00
Bonus: Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
